Many professional texts are written in English, it is indispensable in computer science, tourism… In today's global world, for some it is the basis for survival and a means of penetrating foreign markets.

We offer a variety of learning options for different levels of difficulty. They are available to everyone!

A1

You will understand and use familiar terms and basic everyday phrases. You can answer questions about personal information.

A2

You will understand the sentences and commonly used terms that refer to areas that are most important.

B1

You will understand and communicate clearly and distinctively. You will fluently express your opinions, feelings, needs ... You will be also engaged in spontaneous conversations independently.

B2

You will understand the main ideas of a complex text on concrete and abstract topics, including technical discussions in our field of expertise.

Why is it worth learning a foreign language?

Many times, students choose to learn a foreign language after returning from a trip, as they have discovered how important and useful knowledge of the local language would be.
The reason is also to move to another country or look for a better job.
Some need it to work and do business with foreigners.
Children learn other content that they do not do in school and strengthen brain connections.
Some students watch series, soap operas, movies or listen to music in foreign language and since they already understand a lot, they want to transfer their knowledge from the passive to the active way.

Where are the courses held?

We offer online courses: we use the Zoom app or other apps that are suitable for online video communication. This allows students to connect from anywhere. We also organise courses in person (you can choose to take 1 week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks course) in Slovenia, in Ljubljana or in Language schools of our partner organisations around the world (UK, Spain, India, Italy, Germany, USA).

Simply because we offer so many ways to learn. You can try the first lesson for free! We have a complete online learning platform and you receive also material that you can print out.

You can also contact us and request more information. We will be happy to help you choose the perfect course according to your needs.

The prices are accessible - if you have lower budget you can learn in a bigger group, if you prefere individual course for fast improvment, you will get a lot of content and support and costumised lessons.

What do I need for an online course?

Is it cheaper if I opt for a package of more hours?

Yes, if you already know at the time of registration that you have enough time and that you want to learn a foreign language very well, we advise you to choose a package with more hours, so that you get a discount of 20 - 120 EUR.

Who teaches?

Teachers of foreign languages and native speakers. All teachers first have to pass our internal training and initially have a mentor who monitors the quality of teaching. We also organise various internal and external trainings throughout the year. Our courses are led by positive, friendly and empathetic teachers who are not just teachers but course moderators because they do not just giving a lecture but encourage students to speak more than they do. They lead students into fluent conversation in a foreign language. Above all, it is important for everyone that students have a positive experience with the language they are learning. In the end, we always check for success with a survey. And we are happy to get so much positive feedback.

How can I stay in touch with the culture and the language outside of the course?

Follow our social networks Facebook, where we publish interesting facts about foreign languages and cultures.
Read our blog and subscribe to the newsletter where you will always learn something new about the language, culture and travel.
The blog also has lists of good songs that you can listen to on YouTube or Spotify, as well as a list of movies and series that are worth watching.
In summer, you can attend the Summer Camp in beautiful place in Slovenia next to the Bohinj lake, where you use the language all day, and you are in nature, in a relaxed atmosphere with good company of new people.
Take a trip with your teacher and group to a country where this language is spoken.
You do interactive exercises, listen to sound recordings on our SOL platform, which you get in a package with a language course.
You can order Lingopoly language cards and play board games.

How much do the courses cost?

The price of the course depends on the package of rented hours. Prices range from 4 - 9 EUR/45 minutes for a group course and between EUR 25 - 36/45 minutes for an individual course.

Can I try the course for free?

If you are interested in learning together, we will let you know via the form when you register for the next hour of the free group presentation. If you apply in the middle of the year, we invite you to attend a meeting in an existing group for free and find out if this is the right group for you.

For an individual course, we offer you a free 30-minute meeting with the teacher, where you also learn something and discuss what kind of program you want. This free meeting is not binding to attend the course.

When can I unsubscribe from the course?

Up to 14 days after written confirmation that you will attend the course. It is not possible to unsubscribe later. All financial liabilities must be settled regardless of (non) participation.
